The Dogwood Springs community, with 52 lovely units, has been designed with one and two bedroom apartments. We feel this size community is so beneficial for a friendly atmosphere and yet provides individual and independent living.

Our spacious Clubhouse has been designed to be the Center of Activity - like everyone's family room. Facing the Courtyard with large windows, you'll have the opportunity to spend many hours in this informal, friendly atmosphere.
Monthly activities are scheduled such as Birthday Party, Potluck Dinner and Bingo and many residents drop in just to visit with neighbors, have coffee or work a puzzle while using the laundry room. Our Clubhouse is always open - we do enjoy it.
Our Courtyard houses a Gazebo that is a natural gathering place. Mild weather finds many neighbors enjoying a visit. Tables and chairs are provided for your ease.
